Pros

Senior management is involved with the client as well as employees at least on a weekly basis. Flat organization where everyone reports to the president.

Cons

Owners don't seem interested in growing their business more. Perfect if you like small intimate company environment

Pros

You can telecommute and their checks cleared. They will do anything to make sure their goals are met. They are a contractor for the US Government

Cons

They do not care about their employees well being just the project. I was in an accident while working there they did not tell me to reject short term disability, but they gave me a time limit to claim it when I was still heavily medicated under the hospital's orders. I made a poor decision and returned to work. They expected me to be 100%. The travel policy is that the employee pays 100% up front and is reimbursed. They pay once a month and reimbursements once a month. You can prove hardship and get reimbursed sooner if they approve it. They insist on perfect completion of their perfunctory forms. That includes the reimbursement form so for travel you could be redoing forms for months before you get paid for traveling for the job. The culture is that they reprimand people in group emails.
