A great promising startup - Software Developer 3Top Employee Review

You get to learn a lot in a short period of time and with a lot of support. The work environment is very collaborative. You have both the freedom which in my opinion leads to higher sense of responsibility, both of which I look for in an organization. People working here are very passionate about what they are doing which makes the environment very lively. If the culture and values section had 10 stars, I would give 3Top all 10 stars.

None that I can think of.

1. Great working environment; there is no feeling of distinction between employers, employees, and interns. If you are in, you are in as a contributor, not as a person hired. 2. Interesting challenges: The company is working on a new way to review things, and thus allows you to work in interesting projects. If you are into NLP or ML, this is a great opportunity to work yourself out. 3. Supportive: I have never seen any company as supportive as 3Top.

You need to work yourself up. You have to come up with your own ideas most of the time, which is a positive for me, but a negative for some people.
