      Disorganized and discombobulated even though they’ve been around since 2018 they still act like a start up and have no clue what’s going on or any type of structure. When you leave the job they’ll send you an email of how you’ll regret your choice dearly,

      Beautiful location, purposeful work, great team communication, opportunity for growth and contribution, high emphasis on upskilling and learning, and emotionally intelligent leadership.

      Cons

      None to report at this time. startups have their own unique risks and rewards. So far this is one of the best led and organized startups I have worked at.
