- No Loyalty to Staff, Even those who have worked there for 5 - 10 years. Staff are fired when there is a small dip in work. - Pay increases based on performance are non existent. - Interns are employed on a 6 month basis and discarded in favor of employing fully qualified designers on a long term basis. - Overtime is normal. - Staff become pigeon holed making a wholesome experience virtually impossible to gain. - The most talented staff seem to leave us.
