Pros

Timing is not a concern if you are working in 3i-Infotech. But it totally depends on your team and your mangers. Good exposure to new technologies. Seniors are pretty helpful.

Cons

You might need come to work on weekends also. Because majority of the clients are form middle east. Too much of politics. The reason why i left 3i. Appraisals are not good. You will get A grade if you are good to your manager and seniors. They keep you in the office even if they don't have any work to do. This is disgusting actually. So think before you join.
