Everyone is passionate and willing to do what it takes to get the job done, and get it done respectfully. If it requires extra unpaid hours, then so be it.
Cons
Just like any other video production studio, there is a slight lack of respect for personal time. Producers will schedule something at last minute and expect the necessary people to drop everything they're doing to help out.
