Good client roster The film department has better hours and culture than the talent department Decent health and savings benefits
Cons
Petty management Long hours - longer than other Entertainment PR companies Barely any OT when compared to all of the overtime worked. You basically only get paid if you are at an event. If you are in the office until 9pm working on regular tasks you will not get OT High turnover rate
