Pros
They definitely tried to create a positive work environment with team morale boosting efforts (ie - company parties, birthday celebrations, etc) Additionally, they seemed to really support working parents which isn’t always the case in this industry
Cons
they are a small company and because of that their rates were low. Also, their budgets and production schedules seem to be consistently unrealistic and they only revise at the last minute which ends up making production & post more challenging than necessary.
