Pros
- Most of people I have worked with are really good and supportive. - It can be a good place for learning if you are just starting out your career.
Cons
- Lack of transparency from the upper management and they have failed to achieve/provide basic things which were promised to employees. - Work is done in very unstructured manner. - Agency focuses on quantity more than quality of work. - It's like they have a motto of making employees life difficult. - They don't trust their employees; they ask employees to fill extensive timesheet, they ask you to fill how much time did you spent on each individual job, call & discussion, supervision etc. And they will judge you on that rather than the actual quality of the work that you do. - They lost some of their key employees because they failed to listen to their feedback/suggestions/problems.
