Nothing is good here for me at least.

The company seems all about money, and everything else gets pushed aside. Long hours are normal, and it's draining. People will step over each other to get ahead, and there’s this quiet worship of results no matter the cost. When something goes wrong, the blame usually lands on you instead of fixing the bigger issues. Even the product has problems, which just makes the whole experience more frustrating. There’s no recognition for the work you put in. You can hit targets or go the extra mile, and it still feels like it doesn’t matter. Managers are only concerned about the timesheets at the end of the month. Communication is weak, so you’re often left guessing what’s going on. It makes simple tasks harder than they need to be. There’s no real sense of stability or growth, just more pressure piled on. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
