      Benefits Vacation 40 hours a week. Weekends off

      Cons

      Small building 7-10 people at any given time. Micro managed 8hr day, with 3-4 hours of work making the day feel longer (could be a pro for some) Not much room to grow or positions to move up to

      Pros

      Not having a manager over your shoulder all day. If you like meeting new people , this is a great job. Insurance available.

      Cons

      If install messes up they cut sales rep (design consultant)) pay. Shady about what you get paid for . Bonuses are promised but they don’t go by the info they provide in hiring packet. Always an excuse not to pay.
