      The product is sufficient for use.

      Cons

      Fraudulent, backhanded and sneaky management who blindside their employees and make them do unethical practices to make a buck. I am ironically floored they have not been decertified as a licensed company.

      Pros

      Not having a manager over your shoulder all day. If you like meeting new people , this is a great job. Insurance available.

      Cons

      If install messes up they cut sales rep (design consultant)) pay. Shady about what you get paid for . Bonuses are promised but they don’t go by the info they provide in hiring packet. Always an excuse not to pay.
