Benefits, PTO, sick days, vacation days, decent pay

Cons

Threatened with termination and forced to work if you ran out of sick days and try to call out when you're actually sick. Upper management will tell you to deal with upset customers even though there's nothing you can actually do on your part. Poor communication. Possibility of being laid off without warning. Heavy call center flow

Pros

Not having a manager over your shoulder all day. If you like meeting new people , this is a great job. Insurance available.

Cons

If install messes up they cut sales rep (design consultant)) pay. Shady about what you get paid for . Bonuses are promised but they don’t go by the info they provide in hiring packet. Always an excuse not to pay.
