      Pros

      Great cust service and great installers, always had your back to make things right. Great colleagues.

      Cons

      Lied at interview just to get you to take the job, many things promised that didn’t happen. You have to work every weekend. Long hours, distances from one job to the other was very far. Promised me to keep me in my territory but never did. Asked not to work evenings & always had late routes. 10-12 hour days. Horrible training or non at all .

      Pros

      Not having a manager over your shoulder all day. If you like meeting new people , this is a great job. Insurance available.

      Cons

      If install messes up they cut sales rep (design consultant)) pay. Shady about what you get paid for . Bonuses are promised but they don’t go by the info they provide in hiring packet. Always an excuse not to pay.
