Pros
The students and their families are great.
Cons
So many, where to begin. I have been working for this company since April. I have been working 7 days a week. I teach 10 - 11 classes a day. I am always on time and have great reviews. 10 day's ago, I woke up sick. I called to let them know I was not going to be able to teach that day. ( I wake up at 4am to inform them about my classes that start at 5am.) Not only did I get charged $16 per class for the first 4 classes and $2 for every other class. Today I got a message saying they are going to cancel my contract immediately for excessive absences. They marked me absent 20 times for the 2 days I was sick because I had 10 classes on the schedule per day. I got $96 deducted from my paycheck. And basically got fired! I was also due for a promotion in a week. (to make $21 an hour) So, if that isn't crazy I don't know what is! I had regular students, today out of 10 classes 9 of them were kids I had worked with before. My ratings are 99.7%. Would love to post a screenshot of their message of telling me I'm canned. I am disgusted by this company. Save your time and work somewhere else, unless you can guarantee you will never ever get sick!
