extremely team specific. probably the best team one can ask for. high performing, passionate, and people in general dive deep into issues when they see it. Again, EXTREMELY team specific.
Cons
6sense deprioritised an entire performant, profitable team just because they decided to hire consultants in a much cheaper region, to try to do the same thing. You can just tell how much leadership believes in the company by the amount of senior and staff level engineers leaving in droves. There was a glimmer of hope in consolidating what 6sense has and focusing on recovery, but private equity gotta do its private equity things huh. Just believe all impactful work can be shipped out. Cool.
