6sense Response
10yI'm truly sorry your experience is or was not positive. I strive every day to make this an incredibly special place where people feel loved and heard and work together for a common goal with heart and passion. I appreciate you may not have felt that way, if there is ever anything we can do every 6sensor knows I have a very open door policy. I mean that with all my heart.
However a few of your statements are patently untrue.
> We did not cancel gym memberships for a juice cleanse. They were about 9 months apart from one another. One day I was ordering a juice cleanse for myself and thought 'how about I offer to any 6sensor that wants to join me.' About 20 of our 40 employees at the time took me up on it, and we got great feedback from those who participated. This was not a “company” mandate - just a fun offering.
> We agree we had too few bathrooms and we just put in a new one. It took a bit of time to get through the approvals and construction process – so greatly appreciated.
> We also took note of your feedback that the kitchen was dirty and brought in a cleaner more frequently.
> Calvin's snacks. This is just silly. Calvin has maybe 2 bags of snacks.
The "Passionate Positive FAMILY" (fun, accountability, mindful, integrity, love, and YES) value statement is something we are all incredibly proud of. We created this as a team at the offsite. I intentionally chose to be the scribe and not participate in giving ideas on what our values would be as I wanted them to come from the team. We now strive to emulate them daily, while recognizing someone others for embodying our values. That said, I understand if they don't resonate with everyone. And appreciate and respect your opinion. Happy to chat about it with you to see if perhaps there is a better way to unite on 'who we are' as a team.
