Pros
Some pocket money which isn't enough to pay for rent and living expenses let alone savings (I don't smoke, drink, gamble, womanizing nor a spindrift) A good form of physical exercise.
Cons
Poor trainers. Seniors teach real fast, they simply transmit information without considering whether one is able to retain what was said. There's no checklist for all the things that need to be taught. Thus I have to figure it myself, sometimes with the help of the customers.
