Pros

Free lunch once in a month. Patti, an indoor sport. People play during lunch time or after 6. Can be used as a stepping stone. Once you can join and find another job during working at 7nSoft and switch for better opportunity.

Cons

Too much firing of employees. 7 means that approximately 7 employees are fired after every 7 months. Confirmation letter is not provided after 3 months. Employee is only told verbally that you are confirmed so that it cannot be reused later to challenge in court of law. Company demands 1 month notice period after resigning but when they fire they don't give a single day to the employee. Although, they lie that company will give you a month. Employees are asked to bring original degrees for verification before getting hired. When demanding good salary in interview, you will told that "It will be unfair to other employees who have been working for us for a very long time". People who are working for them for a very long time are the ones who spy and tell the management what happened inside the room.

Pros

Be honest and objective , Consider your audience.

Cons

My interview experience was unfortunately unprofessional and lacked basic communication. After going through three interviews, I was surprised to receive no update regarding my candidacy. I even sent a follow-up message to the HR department seeking clarification, but my message was seen and ignored. Lack of communication: This lack of communication is disrespectful and inconsiderate to a candidate's time and effort invested in the interview process. A simple update, regardless of the outcome, would have been appreciated. Confidentiality concerns: During the interview, I was repeatedly asked to share confidential information about my previous company's social media strategy. Discussing confidential details of a past employer is unethical and unprofessional. It raises concerns about the company's respect for intellectual property and ethical practices. Recruitment process: The extensive interview process, followed by silence, suggests a flawed recruitment system that lacks transparency and candidate consideration. Hiring qualified professionals requires a transparent and respectful process that values candidates' time and effort.
