Pros

Limitless Product. For the most part, a great team. Awesome (& patient) distributor network!

Cons

What do ineffective CEO's have in common with Renascence Kings? Answer that and you will understand why this place is toxic. The words shared in the Jan 23 review are spot on. Everybody walks on eggshells around this place. Despite the efforts to promote a culture portrayed in one of their operational bibles "The Goal," I sure as heck would think twice about sharing any of my ideas about how to become a better company. If Henry VIII disagrees, you are likely going to wind up somewhere in-between Queen Catherine and Queen Anne. Who will reign once the good king moves on? Team "C" or Team "S" Choose wisely.

Pros

The pros for working at 80 20 are present but are not fully utilized. You get paid time off decent insurance and plenty of volunteer overtime.

Cons

The cons are very present. Starting off you get tons of mandatory overtime. The culture at the location is a problem. If you don't work the overtime there are employees who will make fun of you and be rude. If you work the overtime the same thing occurs. Now you might think this is hazing but no it's worse. They lie to management about you in attempts to get you fired. On another note management refuses to fire people unless it's attendance based. No names but there is an employee that cut 8 tape measures in half and put there hand near a operating saw in an attempt to make others do his work... and it worked management hasn't fired him but they will fire loyal employees who do there work. Finally floor management is a joke. The employees constantly have to correct / educate floor management on guidelines and policies. Additionally your team lead will hardly be present and will instead be in other departments that they dont work in just talking to people. Also good luck moving positions. They won't let you unless it's in the same department and even then it's rare they let you.
