      Pros

      Bonus Structure, management/sales training, skills development. Opportunities for advancement, if you relocate. Typically sold the best product, provided great service.

      Cons

      Old, poorly maintained buildings, sometimes harsh working conditions. No compensation raises unless relocating for promotion. Work/Life Balance tough to maintain, good ol' boy culture.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
