      Pros

      The bonuses and the experience in sales.

      Cons

      Long hours, lack of advancement due to politics of the upper management. They tell you that you will be advanced when an opening comes available but when it does they hire someone else to fill that position.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
