      Hard work can pay off with sales and customer growth

      Cons

      A lot of time you find yourself on an island. Help seems to be few and far between. If you are self reliant this is a good job for you.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
