Working at 98thPercentile has been a totally unexpected journey. The company has been a catalyst in my career growth, having an experience of 8+years in ELA teaching ,I could never anticipate being promoted as the Program Manager(Academics) and later the Product department ,only after 4 months of my teaching journey here. The company really acknowledges your hard-work ,one just needs to put in the best and rest assured that the leaders will be looking after you, helping you grow. The work culture in my department has been quite collaborative, always sharing the room for growth and creativity .A special thanks to Vanessa and Tasneem(my current manager and the HR Senior Manager) who were supportive enough during the interview rounds. Highly recommended, go ahead guys!
