Very Low Pay - Anonymous employee 99 Ranch Market Employee Review

There's no a strong structure here in this company, every big events was chaotic and employees are exhausted because the working process was not too clear. People just do whatever they thought of and even though somehow it worked, the employees were burned out to clean up the mess as well. The pay isn't match the market price and sometimes you have to do something that's not related to your job title at all. You work as a labor there.
