Cons
No work life balance. Very low pay. Demands for approximately 30 minutes of work with no pay every day. Mandatory signing of release form stating "all hours were accurately paid for" in order to receive paycheck. Mandatory weekends, every weekend. Few holidays off. Less than two weeks paid vacation after one year. No sick time. Poor leadership skills. Poor employee morale. Using vacation time results in lower pay due to elimination of overtime.
