      ACB would like to thank you for your review, however we believe the information provided in your comments is incorrect. We abide by our time and attendance policy as listed in our employee handbook, which are in accordance to minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA. Overtime compensation is paid to all nonexempt (hourly) employees in accordance with federal and state wage and hour restrictions. Exempt (salaried) employees hold jobs that meet the standards and criteria established under the FLSA by the U.S. Department of Labor.

      I have been the Pricing Specialist at A Customs Brokerage for 2 years, i have been very touch from a negative review using my job position to promote false information, even when the owner of the company has pursued me not to writhe a review i have decided to do it since my principals and well gain reputation on the logistics field have put me on the position i am now. I see A Customs Brokerage as my second family's. Emanuel Ojeda
