We abide by our time and attendance policy as listed in our employee handbook, which are in accordance to minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA. Overtime compensation is paid to all nonexempt (hourly) employees in accordance with federal and state wage and hour restrictions. Exempt (salaried) employees hold jobs that meet the standards and criteria established under the FLSA by the U.S. Department of Labor.
