Senior management only cares about KPI's, not about how those are achieved, they are perfectly fine with people working 70 hour workweeks without paid overtime as long as KPI's are met The CEO is very unpopular locally as it's a stern person that prioritizes profit over people, he does not care how results are achieved They lure you in with promises of resources, however in practice those resources are only rarely available, you will not be allowed to actually use the budgets that were created Senior management is severely lacking business acumen, their mismanagement has led to 3 reorganisations over the course of 5 years as well as a pay sacrifice The remuneration isn't as competitive as they claim, it is very easy to earn more in the current market elsewhere for a lot less stress
