These are some of the best administrators for whom I have ever worked. They always support teachers and are always willing to help if there is a problem. In fact, if you report a problem, they are expedient in finding a solution. I really appreciate the quality of PD they offer. It is always helpful and interesting and useful. A+ feels like a brick and mortar school and the faculty and administration are like family.

Sometimes they simply do not have classes for teachers to teach. Also, getting to substitute is difficult because it is highly competitive, since some teachers don't have any classes. There is no guarantee of work!
