Exceptionally Brutal Call Center Environment - stressful and "always a bad situation" kind of job
Bombarded with Pressure to work overtime basically non-stop
Depending on shift, direct support for calls can vary wildly in speed of receiving support

After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level).
-a true work life balance
-amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up)
-a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

-after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
