      Changing schedules Over time Work from home Benefits are OK

      Cons

      Micromanage environment Pay is HORRIBLE for the daily nonsense Technical issues/ server crashes VERY OFTEN New rules every week Employees lie to customers on fees/up charges etc High call volume Everyone is on your back non stop Management don’t care about fair treatment U only matter if you are apart of management You do not get trained correctly based on your actual job description.

      • I loved how informative the meeting was • loved the questions at the end as well and I enjoyed how everyone cares about the employees
