      Tough to find anything positive.

      Cons

      Super cheap company that’s behind the times. Small, cramped, and loud offices with no remote or hybrid options. Terrible pay and outrageous cost for benefits. Handful of agents do well but the majority struggle. High turnover and always reducing your pay and amount of commission you can make.

      • I loved how informative the meeting was • loved the questions at the end as well and I enjoyed how everyone cares about the employees
