      Pros

      Great benefits package, most people are very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      High level management can be out of touch and overwork employees to avoid hiring more people, A lot of money and opportunities are only offered to those in sales positions or HR, no recognition or rewards for those in operations or client services.

      Pros

      After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level). -a true work life balance -amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up) -a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

      Cons

      -after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
