Pros

Great health benefits corporate as it is was ok, a lot of activities a lot of engagement with the company as it is. Very generous pto and very flexible.

Cons

They kept on removing perks, benefits and pay. They tricked me into getting to a salary program that pays $15 an hour with the promise of possible 30% commission rates. This was my worst year personally I didn't make any money. My average commission payout this month was $600 this made me go into debt in order to keep my household expenses a float. Also they cut incentives and they took out protections for quoting agents they also took out access to underwriting team it felt like the company in the urge to save money was working against their agents on purpose. Very disconnected

Pros

It’s close to my home. 401K match.

Cons

Low pay for what you are expected to accomplish on a daily basis. Pennsylvania AAA branches act as a messenger service for the DMV. Benefit cost is ridiculous. Training to be able to do what you expected to do is EXTENSIVE. We just had an awesome associate quit after only a few months. She started a career paying twice as much. A female heavy staff. I won’t elaborate. They reward you with food. I can assure you that no associate in my branch who benefits from cake, pizza and donuts. Tipping the scales with that assortment.
