Pros

AAC Engineering consists of an incredibly capable and efficient team, helping clients to solve very challenging and complex problems. Everybody at AAC has an important role to fill, a unique skill-set to offer, and works very well with each other to solve problems. The pay and benefits are competitive and the opportunities for growth are endless. AAC is a company that has made great efforts to invest in their people, and it clearly shows.

Cons

AAC Engineering is a team dedicated to helping solve highly complicated problems. To accomplish this with excellence requires all team members to constantly learn, grow, and face new challenges. This can be seen as a very positive thing for all who are ready and willing to learn on a regular basis, and potentially negative for those who are not.

Pros

AAC cares about people. Benefits are much better than I have seen in my past employment. AAC allows flexibility in work schedules and locations when that privilege has been earned! The learning opportunity is great here with personnel with the initiative to want to improve their knowledge. AAC is expanding to other states and I like being a part of that growth plan. Love the new location and work conditions. Highly technical and interesting company. What I really like is you can develop some real independence at AAC. Each team members has a key part of AAC's success.

Cons

The plus is highly technical company and the con can be highly technical. Their can be a learning curve as this is a new field of business for me.
