      Pros

      Free lunches. But the intent is to keep you in the office and work while you eat. Great membership and ICD training/auditing company. Good vision.

      Cons

      Newer software products don't perform as advertised. Still a money pit. Bad execution of a good vision. You may be hired today and gone tomorrow. They have a very short financial leash. They will hire a bunch of people one month only to lay them all off a few months later because their finances or misreading of the industry

      Pros

      AI and India is closing all positions. No work for you! You get to train your replacement.

      Cons

      If you get a job expect that to be your pay for YEARS to come. They don’t keep up with inflation or give raises. Just layoff more and give you the work.
