Strong and growing culture, led by people who genuinely care. It is clear to see our C-suite are committed to the company’s success. They clearly believe in working hard AND taking care of themselves and their families. This helps make the culture feel grounded and supportive. The CTO’s open-door policy and honest leadership style has made myself and others feel comfortable talking to each other. This is always a refreshing and appreciated approach. Even though the past few months have been filled with tough decisions, and knowing some people didn’t agree with those decisions, it’s clear that they were made with a long-term goal in mind. I believe that some things require taking a short-term “hit” to pave the path for a successful future. From an engineering side, there is a clear focus on modernizing its platforms and core infrastructure, and it feels like things are starting to turn around. Overall, while the company has had some tough times recently, the strong culture and clear leadership inspire confidence in what the future holds.
