3yThank you for your review. We are happy to hear you thought AAR was a good place to work. We know how important is to maintain a positive work environment and our people play the most critical part. We are excited about all the programs we have available to help employees grow and develop - ongoing coaching and feedback, 3 performance reviews per year, global learning and development program, mentorship program, and opportunities to move into different roles and departments.
