Pros

Work from home, they provide the equipment.

Cons

You are better off going somewhere else. Please don't waste your time there. I've never work at a professional job who treated employees so badly. They make you work weekend shifts and don't even give you two days off in a row. They promise it's only temporary but never hold up to there promises. It's a revolving door of people coming & going & for good reason. No health insurance, no paid holidays, they think working from home is the only benefit they need to keep employees. There was never any talks of raises or anything. In October they told everyone we were going to a 4x10 schedule they told us months in advance when the new schedule was going to take place. Everyone was so excited to finally have consecutive days off then just 2 days before it was to take in effect they told everyone through a slack message that they were pulling the plug on it. That's how little they care about their most important assets the employee. That was the final straw for me.

I am sorry to hear this employee had a negative experience at Aardy. I am not sure when they were employed, but Aardy has added health insurance recently and has six paid holidays. Regarding the 4x10 schedule, I understand the frustration. It was an unfortunate incident and Aardy is taking steps to ensure nothing like that happens again. Aardy understands other companies offer remote work. We certainly don't consider it the only benefit needed to ensure our employees are happy, but it is a still a benefit and we will always list it as so. We wish this employee the best in their future endeavors and we appreciate their feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your feedback! Thank you for letting us know what you think we are doing well and where we can improve. Please note, Aardy does not offer a group insurance plan. We offer an HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement), which means employees are responsible for obtaining their own insurance and can purchase any plan they want. Aardy then reimburses up to $550 per month for employee only and $750 per month for employee dependents. Most of our employees appreciate the fact they can buy a plan that best suits their needs vs being forced to take a one size does not fit all group plan.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your feedback. Both are very much appreciated. We do not offer a traditional group health plan, that is true. Instead we offer an ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement), which allows employees to choose any health insurance plan that is best for them and/or their family instead of being forced to take a one size does not fit all company plan. Aardy then reimburses the employee monthly for their plan (up to a certain amount). The overwhelming feedback we receive is that our employees are happy to be able to choose a plan that works for them. But everyone is entitled to their preference and we hope this employee found a company that offers a traditional group health plan that is more to their liking.
