Not as much training for new staff or ongoing training and support for current staff Questionable decisions that makes scheduling and client placement with therapists very difficult and potentially unethical Medical insurance is so expensive it is unattainable by most employees Questionable ethics and what is allowed to go on throughout the clinic RBT's are given a lot of responsibilities to complete with no time to do it Inconsistent supervision hours and client program meetings for RBT's Many of the BCBA's are overwhelmed and give the RBT's a lot to do to help with their work load So many clients on certain teams and not enough staff coverage Stressful/often chaotic environment
