Pros
They are still a smaller company so it was very easy to get help and support when needed from BCBA in the clinic setting. They are always open to feedback and always looking for new ways to improve. More than willing to accommodate staff needs.
Cons
A lot of time spent driving and minimal support for in home sessions specifically.
