Pros
- Great and friendly environment - Upgrade possibilities if there's a need in the company - Some managers are very good listeners and will help you with anything you need - Flexible schedule - Many nice activities that stimulate the team spirit
Cons
- Some people are very hard to work with, specially some team leaders or managers - As I said, some managers are very good listeners and they try to help you but there's no much change after that (even if they want to) - Hard to develop your ideas - Ordinary organisation
