      Pros

      Great co-workers. Knowledgeable and passionate clinical staff. Benefits over the last year have greatly increased (dental, vision, and 401K!). Great supervisor that allows for flexible schedule.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons but to work at Pathways I really think you need to be flexible. The field of ABA is young so federal and state laws are often changing as well as funding source requirements which requires companies to change with them. It can seem never ending at times.

We attend webinars and conferences to ensure we are providing the best services to our patients.

      Pros

      Most jobs come with a good and a bad, each review should be taken with a grain of salt. This is probably the first place I’ve worked at where the supervisor is honestly invested in what their staff wants. She listens and she delivers.

      Cons

      It’s tough being at a site that is essentially an island from the others. Administrative staff is constantly revamping things that really do not need it, and they do it in a way that makes zero sense to staff that uses it daily.
