I feel extremely supported. This is a woman and BCBA owned organization, and the passion for ethical ABA bleeds from her pores. With being a smaller organization, there is room to grow with the company. Flexible work schedule, can ask for help without feeling bad about it, not afraid to make mistakes, fast paced but allows for my work/life balance, and overall my values align well with this company.
