Thank you for your review! We like to have fun at ABA Spectrum Therapy and want employees to feel relaxed and comfortable within the workspace. At the time of your employment we were beginning the growth of our company and there was a lack of structure in some areas. I'm excited to share that we have grown in this area and continue to grow and learn. We have expanded our team to include an Assistant Director of Operations, Assistant Clinical Director, and Patient Account Coordinator. ABA Spectrum also now services families in south Austin as well! Jenny Saavedra Director of Operations

Pros

Enjoyed bonding with and teaching the children new skills that they would use in their everyday lives.

Cons

A lot of favoritism, unhealthy competition, and lack of guidance. Admin seemed to be more focused on drama within the clinic and “flaws” of others rather than motivating to become successful. Lack of opportunity career wise. False hope from management was given at the beginning of employment.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad you enjoy working with the patients at ABA Spectrum Therapy! They are what make our jobs so rewarding! I'm sorry management made you feel as if you could be fired at any time because we are an at will company. Within our offer letters we do explain that employment with ABA Spectrum is "at-will" for both the employee and ABA Spectrum. Meaning you are not under contractual obligation with us and can leave without trying to get out of a contract. We will review our offer letter and see if this could be better explained. As for the management feeling they can fire you at any time, I am personally responsible for all employee discipline. We have a progressive disciple process in place that includes retraining and performance improvement plans (PIP) before letting an employee go. I would be happy to discuss this matter more if you are willing. Please email info@abaspectrum.com Thank you, Jenny
