Flexible schedule. 4 day in office work week. Great position to get experience in social work. Support from management was there during tough situations.
Cons
Pay was low. Working with agencies with conflicting guidelines and regulations made it difficult to deliver services. Going to random people’s homes, never knowing what to expect.
