Poorly managed and understaffed - Activity Leader ABC Education Group Employee Review

The job seemed to have hired anyone under the sun with people who seem to be racist and homophobic, which shows poor recruitment on the management side and the lack of background checks is really bad considering this is a company that advocates for “compassion” and does 3 days worth of training. Lack of scheduling and structure meant a lot of waiting around for stuff to happen. Management seems all over the place and same goes with the coworkers, wouldn’t really recommend because of the weekly salary and the overworking hours.
