Everything else is awful. No work-life balance. Some team 'leaders' are hopeless workaholics with no empathy or respect for any boundaries. Open PTO is a lie as it requires constant negotiations with abusive managers, often denied or significantly reduced with made up excuses. HR is a joke, a mere spectator of abuse and a necessary accomplice. Upper management is mediocre. Misalignment and miscommunication at the top level are a daily occurrence, which causes chaos all the time. It's only a few small pockets of the company that still keep a relatively healthy culture from the pre-acquisition times – for now. Don't waste your time. Stay away, or join at your own risk.
