Pros
Decent work environment, other employees are great for the most part. You can learn a lot if you want to.
Cons
Salary, benefits are not great and the PTO system is ridiculous, you have to earn your PTO to accrue it to take paid time off. Performance reviews involve chasing down management and trying to make an appointment to meet. I haven’t had one in 2 1/2 years.
