Cons
Pay and benefits. They stopped giving raises during the most crucial time with cost of living skyrocketing. Training is lacking due to short staffed. Everyone is over worked and under paid. They no longer make you feel appreciated by increasing work load, stress levels, and no increase in pay or benefits.
